Bob Vinson, Managing Partner, MBA, FInstIB

Bob is an international Fellow of the Institute for Independent Business, former Chairman of the Texas Business Group, and chair of the Management Track of the International Independent Business University. He carries FINRA Series 79, Investment Banking Representative and FINRA Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent Law certifications. He was an associate of the Claremont Graduate Universities Research Institute and has created and taught courses in management; project management, technology, and marketing in three different accredited graduate business programs. Bob was a founding member of the international IIB Executive Coaching Programme. He has an MBA with honors from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management and a BS in Economics with honors from Arizona State University.

Ginger has more than twenty

operational aspects of opening
two de novo banks, managed
implementation of regional call
center, consolidated multiple
locations financial accounting
functions, managed financial and
regulatory reporting through
various branching activities
following legalization of
branching in state of Texas,
managed operations consolidation
of various failed bank takeovers
and closures of acquired
locations. She has worked in
financial accounting, planning,
commercial loan servicing,
mortgage banking warehouse and
custodial servicing, imaging and
documentation control,
collateral control, facility
management, audit and control,
management of training, and
management of technology. She
managed the implementation and
initial operation of outsourced
support operations in India.
Ginger has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University where she graduated Cum Laude. She has a CPA and performs CPE for certifications to the tune of 40 hours/credits per year. For JPMorgan she led training in leadership, various diversity courses, personal computer software courses, employee relations courses. For EEOC she lead training in coaching, performance measurement, internal controls, and customer relationship management. Her certifications include CPA licensed by Texas State Board of Public Accountancy and is a certified bank auditor. She was Chairman of the Cooperation with Financial Institutions Committee for the Houston Chapter TSCPA, Chairman of the Education Committee, Houston Chapter EDPAA, Chairman Membership, Houston Chapter ICSA, is a former member AICPA. Finally she was Co-chair of JPMorgan Houston Women’s Leadership Alliance and Co-chair of JPMorgan (Houston) Commercial Loan Services Diversity Council
